I share the thoughts of my congresswoman Marsha Blackburn on governmental control of the internet.

Protect intellectual property without screwing up the internet as a whole…can the government really pull that off? Let’s hope so…
Shopping at Target picking up some items. While I was there I walked by at least 6 employees who were not speaking English. Then I noticed Christmas items are here already! Then as I was heading to check out and there was a cashier with pink hair (male). Then as I was checking out with a different cashier, she didn’t say one single word to me. On top of all that, most of what was in my purchase was not made in the U.S.A. I think the OWS people should be more concentrated on buying American goods so they save more jobs rather than camping out for jobs. I’m just sayin’!
I just read this article: http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/201012100739/NEWS03/101210008
It states that a person who leaves their keys in the car and if a thief steals the car and then does damage or hurts someone while fleeing the police, the owner of the vehicle or person leaving the keys in the car can be held liable for whatever the thief has done.
This my friends is a travesty of the legal system. Under no circumstances should anyone be held liable for what someone else does in this instance.
So by this ruling, if I had a gun licensed to me and I layed it on the table, then you pick it up and shoot someone, I could be held liable for you murdering someone. This court should be ashamed of itself and those who sit on it should be replaced at the earliest possible chance.
What do you think? What if it was you who left your keys in the car? What if it was you who was killed in a crash by the thief who stole a car from someone who left the keys in it? Reply to this post with your opinion.
